Fox news' President approval poll at 33%, very close to pollster.com's average.
I've noticed over the last year that the Fox news poll on the President's job approval has been strikingly close to the pollster.com average of all polls. For such a clearly partisan news agency, I'm confused. Though you have to be a total sleuth to find the poll results at www.foxnews.com (you have to dig into 3 or 4 layers of links, and obvious words don't bring the poll up from the search tool), I am surprised that they even do the poll, let alone do it reasonably, given that the Presidents ratings are so poor and their time tested spin of facts to bolster the President and the Republican party.
Their poll results do tend to be slightly above the average, but have several times dipped below over the year. Today it was 33%, which is below the average for the day. But it's generally close in comparison to many.
It's enigmatic that they can spew the partisan distortions they do 24/7, but release these poll results. True to their mission though, they burry the results and don't say much about them.
