The current, waning debate over global warming is characterized by two sides: those who believe that increased carbon emissions are the determining factor in rising mean temperatures and extreme weather events; and those who believe that natural forces are to blame. Those in the second camp usually cite naturally occurring fluctuations in the earth's mean temperature over the eons, though others, who tend to be on the fringe, refer to the fact that climate change is occurring on a large scale all across the solar system. In addition to these I would like to introduce one more possibility, which has not been scrutinized by the mainstream but which may in fact be the strongest determining factor of all. The possibility I refer to is that climate change is indeed being caused by humans - not as a side effect of industrial civilization, but by means of advanced energy weapons and deliberate chemical releases.
Why Global Warming Is Probably A Hoax After All
The current, waning debate over global warming is characterized by two sides: those who believe that increased carbon emissions are the determining factor in rising mean temperatures and extreme weather events; and those who believe that natural forces are to blame.
This possibility first came to my attention when I chanced to browse through the 1976 edition of the Encyclopaedia Britannica. Under the entry 'Weather Modification', I found two very interesting statements. The first reads as follows:
'On August 18 and 20, 1969, Hurricane Debbie was seeded with heavy doses of silver iodide dropped into hurricane clouds from airplanes. The maximum measured wind speeds in the hurricane decreased by 31 and 15 percent on the two seeded days. On August 19, the day between the two flights, the storm reportedly re-intensified'.
Very curious, no? Almost 40 years ago the technology existed - in its primitive and virginal state - to weaken hurricanes substantially. I read a little further and found a statement that was even more eye-opening:
'Certain scientists and engineers have considered the possibility of purposefully changing the climate of the Northern Hemisphere. It has been argued that if the Arctic could be warmed by a small amount, the general circulation of the entire earth would be changed'.
Fascinating, right? Well I certainly thought so - so I did the only rational thing, which was to dig a little deeper. After all, if 'certain scientists and engineers' were investigating weather modification on a global scale back in the 1960s, what progress have they made since?
The next source which bore fruit was a 1996 document put out by the Air Force, entitled 'Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather by 2025' (http://www.fas.org/spp/military/docops/usaf/2025/v3c15/v3c15-1.htm). I'd say more about the purpose of that study, but I guess the title itself suffices. Unfortunately, there were few technical details regarding the science behind weather modification - the best I've got is, 'it may be possible to produce some weather effects artificially' - but the authors did go into considerable detail regarding something called an 'Artificial Ionospheric Mirror' (including some very helpful diagrams); and, thankfully, they put their college education on display by included their works cited.
Next up, from said Bibliography, was the 'Conference Proceedings on Ionospheric Modification and Its Potential to Enhance or Degrade the Performance of Military Systems' (http://stinet.dtic.mil/oai/oai?&verb=getRecord&metadataPrefix=html&identifier=ADA239823
), the abstract of which informs us that
'A variety of ionospheric] modification techniques are being investigated, both ground- and space-based, to increase or decrease existing ionization or to create independent artificial plasmas. These techniques include high power radio waves, lasers, particle beams, and chemical releases'. This report, issued in 1990 - almost twenty years ago! - was merely a review of already existing investigations and technologies, the most relevant of which, I believe, is contained in the mention of 'indepedent artificial plasmas' - in other words, an artificial ionosphere created by zapping the atmosphere with electromagnetic radiation and dumping chemicals into it.
Now what is the point of an artificial ionosphere? Well there are myriad possible uses - like death rays and other weapons from the realm of science fiction -, but the stated reason is that the natural, God-given ionosphere isn't quite good enough - it's subject to disturbances created by magnetic storms and solar flares and the like, which means that electronic communications can be temporarily disrupted. This is inconvenient for peacetime activities, I admit, but it is absolutely dreadful if you want to wage war on demand and kill lots of people very efficiently.
Anyway, I googled 'Artificial Ionosphere' and found that a patent exists for the 'Artificial Ionospheric Mirror', issued in 1991 (Patent # 5,041,834, which you can read here, thank Google: http://www.google.com/... I'm no physicist, but I was able to discern that the process works by using a 'phased array heater antenna', which 'paints' lines and layers of plasma at differing altitudes, thus creating a 'tiltable mirror' of sorts (see the link for diagrams), which is perfect for reflecting beamed radio waves, microwaves, any electromagnetic ray you want, with absolute precision anywhere on earth. Pretty neat stuff, eh?
But just what is a 'phased array heater antenna'? Do such things even exist? Sure do! If you look in the 'Citations' section of the Google link just above, you'll see that the patent for the Artificial Ionospheric Mirror relies on a patent for a 'Method and Apparatus for Altering a Region in the Earth's Atmosphere, Ionosphere, and/or Magnetosphere' (Patent # 4,686,605 [). You can see what such an apparatus looks like here:

The High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program, or HAARP, has attracted some controversy, as its detractors ascribe to it all kinds of nefarious purposes. Its supporters, and its website, on the other hand, say that it is merely a 'Facility for the Study of Ionospheric Physics and Radio Science' - a peaceful research institution dedicated to improvements in human understanding. It is so peaceful, in fact, that according to Wikipedia it is jointly run by the University of Alaska...the Air Force, the Navy, and the Pentagon's Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (or DARPA).
Back to the 'painting' of lines in the sky - is this stuff operational? Perhaps it is. Perhaps we have even seen it with our own eyes, without recognizing the fact. Perhaps it looks like this:

And now for the subject of 'chemical releases', which I have mentioned but have not explained. These 'chemical releases' are referred to as 'chemtrails' by activists, because they look like contrails (or condensation trails) left by aircraft. It is not too difficult to distinguish between the two, however, because contrails - made of water vapor - are puffy white and evaporate relatively quickly, while chemtrails - made of, well, chemicals - have a nasty habit of lingering in the sky for hours, sometimes fanning out and coming to resemble clouds, and sometimes reflecting light in funky, unnatural shades like salmon pink and metallic grey-blue (though most of the time they are white). They are often laid down in grid formations, with lots of parallel lines, perpendicular lines, 45 degree angles, radial patterns, and other examples straight out of a geometry textbook. If you pay attention you will see variations on these almost every day, but here are some pictures where they are especially obvious:

Like Artificial Ionospheric Mirrors and Phased Array Heater Antennas, there are probably many possible uses for chemtrails, but here I will focus on a most likely and relevant one; namely, that they are essential for properly utilizing the technologies named above. According to a 1979 University of Alaska paper entitled 'Chemical releases in the ionosphere' (http://www.iop.org/EJ/abstract/0034-4885/42/9/003),
'Development of the thermite barium release technique enabled observation of both neutral and ion motions, the latter leading rather directly to determination of ionospheric electric fields...permitting] tracing of magnetic-field lines, the effects of field-aligned currents and simultaneous observation of electric field at different altitudes on a geomagnetic field line'.
In other words, if the operators of the Artificial Ionospheric Mirrors and Phased Array Heater Antennas are to be able to see what they're doing, they're going to need their Air Force buddies to dump lots of barium (and, occasionally, aluminum) particulates into the sky. This is why, if you happen to look upon artificial clouds, you will see lots of parallel lines - appearing strangely like electromagnetic field lines - engraved right into them.
What are the other possible effects of large amounts of metal particulates in the sky? One, since metal has a low specific heat, temperatures will rise. (Or: if you put two pots on your stove, one filled with metal and the other filled with water vapor, the one with metal will get hotter much more easily.) Two, metal salts tend to absorb moisture, which causes drought.
Now, if any of this stuff happens to frighten or disturb you, you might be comforted by the fact that one member of Congress, Dennis Kucinich, introduced legislation in 2001 to ban this kind of weaponry (H.R. 2977 [). The kinds of weaponry specifically mentioned were:
(i) electronic, psychotronic, or information weapons;
(ii) chemtrails;
(iii) high altitude ultra low frequency weapons systems;
(iv) plasma, electromagnetic, sonic, or ultrasonic weapons;
(v) laser weapons systems;
(vi) strategic, theater, tactical, or extraterrestrial weapons; and
(vii) chemical, biological, environmental, climate, or tectonic weapons.
If you happen to have been comforted by the fact that a member of Congress has tried to do the right thing, may you now be discomfited and urged into action by knowing that that particular bill was defeated in the House.
One last thing: if you are a careful reader, logician, or argumentarian, you may have noticed that I played a little game of bait-and-switch - I started talking about global warming but ended up talking about so-called 'exotic' weaponry. I have not proved beyond a reasonable doubt that global warming is 'the greatest hoax ever perpetrated on the American people' (as one Senator has happened to call it). Far from it! All I have done is to sketch some dots and scribble some faint lines between them. Given more time and resources, I have little doubt that I could present a far more damning and satisfactory case, but this is information that people need to know about now, before the forces of deception begin to gather momentum. And besides, I am poor.
The purpose of this writing, then, is to establish a kernel of truth that may be passed from mouth to mouth and mind to mind, growing more solid and succulent with every exchange. I beg you, gentle reader - refute or verify for yourself what I have written; ask a meteorologist or a physicist if what I say has any merit; write a letter to the editor of your newspaper; or forward this to your online friends - anything to get this information into the public arena, where the truth - eventually - must always come to light.
