Let your fellow citizens know you've had enough tomorrow, Sunday, at noon. Spread some memes with us.
Many people here, present company included, had enough of this administration a long time ago. It seems every week this summer, the Bush White House has been caught in a blatant and over-the-top lie. More and more Americans are waking up to the realization that the Bush Administration has no regard for the rule of law.
Each week, a group of us gathers in cities around the country on Sunday from noon until one with signs and shirts that say we've had enough (we also include a few impeachment banners to let them know what we're talking about). We bring more people every Sunday. We grow in new cities and towns every Sunday. And we keep coming back, every Sunday.
It's not a freak show, grand stand or a carnival - just ordinary folks letting their neighbors know they're sick and tired of the President and his minions breaking the law.
Our goal is not to eventually bring millions into the street to oust the President and Vice-President (although that would be nice, this is America after all, and that kind of stuff just doesn't happen here). Our goal is to market the idea to our fellow citizens that the President and Vice-President have already gone way over the line and need to be impeached. Believe it or not, most Americans don't read political blogs or even watch the news (unless Entertainment Tonight counts). These are the people we need to convince. They won't pay attention to anything longer than a sentence because that's how they've been trained by advertising their entire lives. Try explaining FISA, the U.S. attorney firings or the Plame affair and most of them will glaze over. They sense there is something wrong with the administration but can't quite articulate it.
Put the thought in their head. Enough. Impeach.

BTW, I am not General Clark. I'm just somebody who has had enough.
