OK. Here's a quiz for you early risers to puzzle over:
Take the top three contenders for the Democratic nomination and their spouses. That's six folks:
Hillary Clinton
Bill Clinton
Barack Obama
Michelle Obama
John Edwards
Elizabeth Edwards
All six of them have practiced law. And the question is...
Come up with the year that each of the six last practiced law.
(If you need a more precise description, it would be the last year they were employed in private legal practice.)
And the first person to get the correct years for all six, listing them in reverse chronological order, will win a NEW CAR! (New car prize not valid over the internets.)
If you're not clear on the reverse chronological listing concept, here's what it would look like for their birth years:
1964 Michelle Obama
1961 Barack Obama
1953 John Edwards
1949 Elizabeth Edwards
1947 Hillary Clinton
1946 Bill Clinton
The last practiced law dates for some of the six will be easy to determine. Others, not so easy.
I'll be gone for at least a short bit, and perhaps longer, so determine the winner on your own until I get back.
Play nice while seeking the truth. No troll-rating wrong answers.
And remember, the first person to get the correct years for all six, listing them in reverse chronological order, will win a NEW CAR! (New car prize not valid over the internets.)
Should disputes still be ongoing by the time I return to the diary, flubber shall be the final arbiter to any such dispute, thus deciding who wins the NEW CAR! (New car prize not valid over the internets.)
Good luck to all.
UPDATE: To help you out a bit, know that while Wikipedia is an obvious resource, it looks insufficient in at least one of the individuals. And Wikipedia also provides some fuzzy data for a couple of other individuals. This difficulty is precisely why the NEW CAR! is being offered to the first one to correctly solve the quiz. (New car prize not valid over the internets.)
UPDATE 2: Folks should be willing to team up and form alliances. If you leave a post with relevant shards of information, any other individual or team can use that piece of info, and long as they let you on their team. Imagine it as an open-source quiz. If a team wins the Saab, they will be able to share driving it on alternate weeks, or somesuch.
