If the American people really wanted change, real change, then there is only one presidential ticket that can deliver such a thing: Al Gore / Ralph Nader.
An Al Gore / Ralph Nader ticket would represent the real thing and not the superficial meaning of the word CHANGE – for the other candidates that word means just business as usual.
Every place you go people are talking about the candidates and the coming election – but there is one thing it is almost unanimous most of the people I know here in New Jersey and in New York City are not happy with the choices that they have for the coming presidential election, and most people are talking in terms of voting for someone just to keep someone else from being elected.
The democrats after they lose the election in November of 2008 they are going to look back and they are going to wonder what happened?
In my opinion the Democratic Party deserve to lose in November of 2008 because they are not running with its best bet to win the presidency in November of 2008.
All this people that I know when I ask them if they would vote for Al Gore if he was running for president - everybody single person told me that Al Gore is the person who they wanted to vote for.
Regarding Ralph Nader, only fools blame Al Gore’s loss in 2000 on Ralph Nader. Americans love to blame on an easy scapegoat when something goes wrong. But the truth is Al Gore lost in 2000 because his handlers made a bunch of mistakes that ended up cost Al Gore the presidency.
The American mainstream media is talking about the coming election in November of 2008 as if this election was just another US presidential election and nothing more.
Maybe it is time to be CUTE and make an experiment such as elect a woman or a very young black man.
Most Americans are not aware that there is a perfect storm right ahead, and the United States is at a critical turning point on its history. And this is no time for any experiments.
Most Americans are clueless of all the implications of the changing world around us and how today the United States is at the edge of the abyss.
On January 3, 2008 I posted a diary SOS to Al Gore and I also had a pool with the diary.
The result of that pool reflect what I heard from most people that I know – 77 percent of the people on that pool said that they would vote for Al Gore if he enters the race. That pool just reflects the general sentiment of a lot of people regarding the field of candidates that are available for the coming election.

I don’t have to detail to the people on this forum what has happened to American prestige and clout around the world since January of 2001.
For many years now the United States has been borrowing almost 90 percent of total world savings year after year – and that is a trend that might be coming to a close in the near future.
The American economy it is a mess and you can read about it on the elite trader forum which is the number one forum regarding anything to do with the financial markets.
