"She almost came in second." I was laughing my ass off when I heard an NPR commentator spin Hillary's devastating loss to Obama AND Edwards. The Paper Campaign has caught fire, and revealed the emperor has no clothes. Ready for change? That would be a great campaign slogan if it wasn't reminding people how often Hillary has changed her positions on the war, or on universal healthcare, or on torture, or on Iran... If it's not over, it's only a few more days now until it's all over. I know, it may hurt a little - but that's life.
Hillary's campaign is going to lose it's lead in New Hampshire by Sunday morning, just in time for voting on Tuesday. This five day turnaround leaves just enough time for people to see Barack Obama's electrifying speech after the Iowa caucus on all the Sunday morning shows, and change their votes accordingly. Even her most favorable New Hampshire polls put her a mere seven points ahead of Obama, and for some reason, I don't think many of the disillusioned Richardson, Biden, Dodd, or Edwards supporters are going to flock over to Hillary now that their candidates are finished.
