In less than a month, we will choose the next President of the U.S. Last Tuesday night's debate should have been a game changer; if you're still undecided, you're not paying attention.
The CNN polls afterward looked like this:
Stronger Leader: Obama 54/McCain 43
More Intelligent: Obama 57/McCain 25
More Likable: Obama 65/McCain 28
Who attacked their opponent more? McCain 63/Obama 17
Who can save Economy? Obama 59/McCain 37
I realize that polls can't always be trusted, however; the numbers are overwhelmingly in favor of Obama. Even Fox News had to admit that Obama won the debate. Over on CNN, John King said "If the numbers hold...Game over, Obama wins." One of his colleagues, David Gergen, a Republican, chimed in "Not necessarily...Barack is black." "His blackness may cost him as much as six points." What a sad statement, Let's prove him wrong. Let's not be the country who picks another unqualified white guy, we've had our quota. It's affirmative, Barack is the most qualified candidate. Make your vote an educated, conscientious, and color-blind one.
