At 10pm EDT tonight, the Netroots Nation auction ends. There are 253 donated items up for bid, and your bidding on each helps keep down our costs for next August's convention in Pittsburgh, PA.
Items up for bid range from Ted Kennedy bumper stickers (currently $ 1) to lots of books/crafts in the $ 20s to coffee with General Wesley Clark currently going for a generous $ 2300. There's autographed books and other items from Jim Webb, Brian Schweitzer, kos, Arianna Huffington, Trey Anastasio, Rainn Wilson, Curtis Sittenfeld and many others including -- because I asked nicely and am doing the dishes every night this week -- my wife Jennifer Weiner, a set of whose autographed books is currently being claimed by ... Markos' wife, and I think you might want to outbid her.
[Speaking of bidding wars, the Connecticut for Lieberman crew is ahead once more in its quest to win a sneak peek at two 2009 Pub Quiz categories.]
There have been lots of great diaries promoting the auction which you can generally find here, and there is at least one item out there that's just right for you. Is it a four-night stay at the Westin in Pittsburgh for NN09? Lunch with Lawrence Lessig? A book from Nobel laureate Paul Krugman? The Barbara Boxer boxer shorts or a gift pack from Sen. Russ Feingold including a signed U.S. Constitution and other items?
Today's the last day, and I hope you take a look at all these items. Please bid generously, win frequently, and help support our great organization.

THIS JUST IN: Raven secured one final item last night, which is only available for bidding today. Howard Dean -- three-time YearlyKos/Netroots Nation keynote speaker, and the person who has inspired so many here to become activists, has signed a copy of unConventional, the 192 page photo and essay collection documenting our very first convention.
The inscription reads: To the Netroots, you've transformed America! Thank You! Howard Dean. Bidding is open and you can bid right here.
