George Soros is one of my heroes.
My father and grandparents survived the Holocaust, so other Holocaust survivors that achieve great success hold a special place in my heart. In addition to that, Soros has donated over $1B of his personal wealth to foster democracy and open societies, especially in Eastern Europe. You would think all those that claim they love democracy and freedom would hold Soros in the highest regard, ignoring his political leanings.
When I see an article that has a picture of Soros with his hair made of money, it's difficult for me to control my anger. I've never seen Buffett, Trump or other non-Jewish moguls depicted as such.
I am sending the above comments to the Times and I hope you are inspired to send them comments as well.
Update: I added this to my Times comment
Antisemitism, whether overt or covert, have no place in any newspaper. I don't know how to interpret this depiction in any other way, as I'm sure the Times is a proponent of the free markets. If you want to counter that the attack on Soros is in reference to exploiting a situation for personal gain, I'd love to see your caricature of Dick Cheney.
