There is a clip of Neil Cavuto of Faux News ripping McCain for not having any convictions regarding Economic issues. Even arguing that, like him or not, Obama is very consistent and at least explains what he plans to do.
You have to see it. Link here
I am not sure what is happening at Fox but I think the writing is on the wall and this is just the latest sign that the right has given up and is ready to bring the knives out. This is fun to watch.
I am still nervous and know we need to keep working but I can't deny that the signs are encouraging.
Update: One more comment: Is it me or does Fox also seem to be really hurt by Obama's latest criticisms of their bias. I seem to recall that they used to take that stuff with pride. Now the push back hard whenever they are called out. I hope ThirstyGator is on to something in his comment below:
First, understand that Rupert Murdoch is not an ideologue. He is a profit seeker. His product is MONEY, not ideas. At the level of industry where he operates, there is nothing that can impede his profits as significantly as government regulation. He has been successful globally by offering one or more major media outlets in the nations where he does business as a mouthpiece for the ruling party. Now that the republicons seem to be on their way out, we can reasonably expect significant changes from FOX News as Murdoch cozies up to the new administration. You'll recall that not long ago he organized a fund raiser for Senator Clinton.
