So, Palin went back to attack mode.
Barack Obama didn't have much to say in that long infomercial of his last night about the stakes in the wars America is fighting, or about the need to support the troops in the field, or why he supported cutting off funding to our troops in the war," Palin said.
And continued:
"He wants to soften the focus in these closing days, hoping your mind won't wander to the real challenges of national security that he is incapable of meeting," said Palin.
And then...
"Rousing speeches that can fill a stadium, perhaps cannot keep this country safe," said Palin, who has revved up the conservative Republican base but failed to win over many more moderate and independent voters...For a season, a man can inspire with his words."
What a tool. So, to protect our national security, we need someone that jokes about bombing Iran? We need someone that is ready to go to war with Russia of Georgia? We need someone that will refuse to talk our enemies...or our allies?
What about the real challenge of our economy. McCain admits that he doesn't know squat about the economy...and will have to rely on his VP. So, Sarah (Let's build the State for family travel) Palin understands the economy?
If our economy isn't shored up, If America keep hemmoraging jobs, we won't be able to sustain $600 + Billion per year in defense spending or $120 Billion per year for an occupation of Iraq. We'll end up with China having a majority equity stake in our country.
