R2000 conducted a poll for the Reno Gazette. Obama leads 50-43 with only 4 percent undecided (other candidates take 3 points). Obama leads among women and indies.
I can't find the internals yet, but the poll confirms the trend noted in the last Rasmussen and CNN polls, which had Obama up 51-47. This poll shows a wider margin and a drop for McCain under 45%. McCain canceled a trip to Reno last week and has not rescheduled it yet.

This poll is very good news for Obama, as he has invested a lot in the state and he needed to show some payoff. The trend line is very good. McCain will re-calibrate his strategy after this debate performance, but Obama has now narrowed the battleground considerably and can make a strong final push out west (CO, NV, NM) the midwest (OH, MO, IN) and the south (VA, NC, FL). McCain will still try to make PA and WI battlegrounds, but that is not likely to work. Tonight's debate is a real opportunity for Obama to solidify the gains he has made over the last month and prepare to close out the campaign strong.
