I'm a bit late posting these. Between Canvassing and family events, I didn't have time until last night/today to go through my pictures and get them ready to show.
These are from the last rally that Obama had in Manassas, VA on November 3rd, 2008. The crowd was estimated at between 85,000 - 100,000 people. I was amazed at the positive energy from the audience. It was quite extraordinary that Obama gave his last speech on the site of a civil war battlefield. A civil-war buff friend of mine told me that civil war artifacts have been found on the site where he gave his final speech.
Update: I posted the pictures yesterday. Since then, I found a link to his speech on CSPAN. If you haven't seen it, Obama tells a great story about the little lady in South Carlina who is responsible for "Fires Up - Ready to Go". It was a great speech - got 100,000 people fired up to turn the Old Dominion blue.
Obama Video on CSPAN
There is also a link on CSPAN to buy the DVD. I bought it as a momento of this historic election.

Young Man on the Shoulders of a Washington Nationals Fan
My daughter and I got to our final spot (about 100 yards from the stage) at about 5:00. Obama went on after 10:00. This woman found a great way to kill some time.
Love the look on this young man's face. I would guess he had never seen this many people.
Young lady with homemade Obama sign. You can't really see it in this picture, but she was also wearing a flag bandanna on her head.
The band played "Reach out and touch somene you love". This couple did!
Sign says it all...
Visual presence of Security. The field was surrounded by trees and I would guess there were dozen of his compatriots in the trees. He was on top of a truck next to the field with 2 others.
Large Sign on the Hill Behind where we were standing. They opened up the field behind us at about 8:30, and it quickly filled up.
Judy Feder ran for VA-10. She was defeated by Frank Wolf (although the district did go Blue for Obama).
As I said earlier, the crowd was peaceful...
I see a face full of hope.
The chosen few that were on the bleachers behind the podium. At least they had bleachers to sit on...
Young man with Obama sign. Some of you may have seen a photo series last week of this young man sharing his sign with a young white gentleman.
