Just a quick diary, sorry it's so short.

Because of a fire alarm, Centennial Hall has been evacuated. All elections workers are outside, including county clerk Bob Balink.
175 of 178 polling places are closed. They were about 15 minutes from posting their first 125,000 votes but that is now delayed until the situation is resolved.
Balink's biggest concern was the security of the ballots. He said there were security cameras in the building but that there were a lot of papers in the building that would be vulnerable in a fire.
The fire department has responded. More details as they develop.
