For all concerned about Rick Warren please take a chill pill.
As an Atheist I should not even have voted for Obama with his embrace of Christianity.
That would make me a self-hater or at least a hypocrite. But I am willing to put this concept out of my mind when choosing elected officials because that’s just the way it is; after all, Atheists are God haters. I know for certain there are Atheist politicians out there claiming belief. Rick Warren disturbs me.

Of course I support gay marriage since I am not a self-hating gay, and trust me there are plenty out there and that has always been disturbing to me. I came out in 1977 when I was 16/17 years old; before AIDS. Rick Warren disturbs me.
At the ripe age of 48—and still single—marriage is not important to me but I have always pushed for gay marriage rights. Rick Warren disturbs me.
Don't let my moniker fool you. My only conservative ideas are support for the death penalty even for crimes other than death (i.e. rape of prepubescent child) and enforcement of immigrations laws with a penalty based blanket amnesty—with an emphasis on employer based penalties. Oh, and the right of ownership of firearms for all sane citizens with restrictions. That’s it regarding my simple conservative ideas. Rick Warren disturbs me.
Atheism is something you come to by thinking and reason and not by swallowing dogma or route teaching. This is why I put my faith in Barrack Obama. I will wait and see what legislation comes out. Rick Warren disturbs me but does not limit me.
I leave you with a video.
