It's good to be in the west coast, where you don't have to stay up so late to know results. Here's my thoughts:
- Obama- He's recycling his old speeches. Which are good speeches, but come on. This is in front of a gazillion cameras. Get more wonkish, more specific. I like your record, but it's time for more policies and less "The dream of the teacher is the same as the dream of the..."
- McCain stole Obama's line! I have the "Fired up, ready to Go" Obama pin to prove it. And when he said it at the end of his speech...didn't sound convincing. But still! This reminds me of those "Ready for Change" (whatever that means) Hillary signs.
- Hillary- I probably won't show any liking of her until she become the nominee, legitamately, that is. Good speech, though. The less she talks about Barack, the more favorable she seems to me.
Wisconsin- the latest poll includes independent voters! Obama surpasses Clinton on Democrats only by the slightest of margins. And Republicans are inevitably going to go vote for Clinton at each opportunity. So go volunteer, after all, the more votes, the more delegates.
