(Caution: Rant.)
If Clinton supporters can't take DailyKos, how are they supposed to be able to function if, as they hope, Hillary Clinton manages to kneecap Obama, convince the superdelegates that he's crippled, and get the nomination?
If they can't take the relatively mild criticism they get at dailykos, by people who want the best for the Democratic Party, how are they going to handle the much harsher criticism the Swiftboating Republicans dish out in the fall?
If Clinton's supporters on this site can't convince other Democrats to support Hillary Clinton without becoming so frustrated they take their ball and go home, why do they expect to be able to convince Republicans?
If her supporters here can't defend Hillary Clinton's actions here without getting fed up and leaving, where will they be when Fox News, MSNBC, and CNN run concurrent 4-part exposes on Marc Rich, the New Square Four, Norman Hsu, and Peter Paul?
If Clinton's supporters here can't manage to hold on in the midst of opposition throughout a primary campaign, instead choosing to insult workers by playing "strike" like children when they don't get their way, how can we expect them to hold on in the midst of the Republican onslaught?
Finally - if Clinton's supporters on this site are finding it more and more difficult to defend their candidate's actions, and finding it next to impossible to convince some of the most devoted, most active, most informed members of the next generation of the Democratic Party that she's worthy of our support... then shouldn't they consider the possibility that her actions are indefensible as Democratic actions, and that she is unworthy of the support of devoted, active, and informed Democrats?
The Obama campaign will accept you with open arms, Clinton supporters. Our koolaid is delicious, and our candidate doesn't inspire massive cognitive dissonance.
