What will it be this week on Saturday Night Live? Another pro-Hillary set trying to make her seem comfortable in her own skin? Obama being portrayed as a helpless, inexperienced nimrod as he calls Hill for help answering a 3am red phone call? Maybe SNL will kick it up a notch and have him calling a helpline for help tying his shoes or for some direction as to whether he can tear that "do not remove" tag from his pillow?
If SNL was an honest national broker, instead of a "homer" for their NY Senator Clinton, we'd all tune in tonight to see Obama make a guest appearance, or to see a segment making outrageous fun of Clinton.
Here is the link to SNL: http://www.nbc.com/...
Looks like Tina Fey is headlining tonight's show along with the former American Idol.
I wonder what Clinton's schedule is tonight? I wonder what Obama's schedule is tonight? Maybe neither will be on the show. Regardless, there WILL be a segment on Obama and/or Clinton tonight, strictly because their ratings have shown a bump since they launched themselves into the battle between Clinton and Obama.
If I had to bet, I'd say we'll see another homer segment for Hill, something playing up Clinton and demeaning Obama...possibly even throwing in a bit including Reverend Wright.
If so, I suggest that every damn person on Kos email NBC expressing concern about the inequality in their coverage. If on the odd chance SNL provides a tribute to Obama's speech, or at least shows him a little love to equal things out in their "coverage" then I'd say an email to NBC expressing appreciation for such coverage would be warranted.
What will be the theme of tonight's skit on Clinton and/or Obama?
Fifty-cent piece for your thoughts...
