I'll admit to being one of the sappy Obama supporters who falls for his rhetorical flourish at every turn. I like it. I think his ability to do that to people is actually underrated; it's strong enough to make people interested in their government, and that's no small thing.
So I liked the will.i.am video, even though I had a sense it was going to end up being played out and annoying to most others. It was, and it did. Unfortunate.
Bob Cesca posted a new mashup at Huffington Post, and it might be the best one I've seen yet. I'm surprised I haven't seen if anywhere else yet. It intertwines Barack's 'More Perfect Union' speech with Roger Waters 1987 song "The Tide is Turning." It definitely makes me tingle.
