Checking today, I see the Chesapeake Bay Foundation's press release pulling its Critical Area Act report "The Critical Area Act: Intent, Reality, and the Need for Reform" was sent on its RSS feed (dated April 11).
And that several pages on their Web site -- such as this one -- are now updated with the press release text.
As far as I can determine, the places the report was mentioned have been updated, and all PDF links have been removed. The front page blurb, of course, is gone.
Everyone will have to wait for future developments from their end and see what their in-house investigation turns up.
