Now that the McCain campaign has decided that Ayers is a legit story, it is time to remind everybody of John McCain's, and the Republcian party's, ties to terrorists.
John McCain has been an Arizona politician strongly supported by mainstream and conservative business and development interests in that state. They have over the years met with him, endorsed him, done fundraisers for him and given him money.
John McCain from the beginning of his career has a solid anti-abortion record. Over the years people associated with anti-abortion groups have met with, endorsed him, done fundraisers for him and given him money.
So perhaps somebody who has EVER supported John McCain, has sometime EVER been associated with either of these two separate Terrorist circles:
- Don Bolles murder and the Phoenix 40: Don Bolles was a journalist killed by a car bomb on June 13, 1976, because of his investigations into the connections between Phoenix area businessmen, politicians and the Mob. The full extent of the connection between all the Arizona businessmen who many have been involved, and that smaller circle that we know did the murder remains murky.
Like Ayers, many of them were never convicted and went on to be respected pillars of the Phoenix community, and support the Republican party and political candidates in Arizona.
- Abortion related violence includes many murders of doctors who performed abortions, other staff at abortion clinics getting shot or blown up and of course destruction of property. The individual who committed the terrorist crimes are associated with such groups as: Operation Rescue, Rescue America, Human Life International, American Coalition of Life Activists, Lambs of Christ, Christian Gallery, Army of God, etc.
Like Ayers, many people associated with these groups have made equivicating statements regarding the use of violence, and have are even repsected members of their community, and support the Republican party and anti-abortion political candidates.
This of course in addition to more current events such as Rod Parsley and John Haggee and their contention that 9-11 and Katrina were deserved due to atheists, gays and abortion.
