This is probably the only poll ever taken in Puerto Rico about the Democratic presidential race between Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama. It just came out today. It was done by Univision and El Vocero (a Puerto Rican news paper). Here's the link
to all the details of the poll, in Spanish, sorry.
Here's the front page of the paper
Other details about the poll:
The poll says that 50% of the electorate will not vote.
69% approved Bill Clinton's presidency in the 90's.
26% disapproved his presidency.
69% want the candidates to commit to clean up the mess the NAVY left in the island of Vieques.
46% believed the P.R. primaries had a very important role in final outcome of the race.
26% believed said only somewhat important
13% said not very important
14% said not important at all.
I have to say, the Clintons can be liars, cheaters, traitors, evil and all that, but boy they are hard workers. They've been campaigning in P.R. really hard, going to towns in the middle of nowhere, up in the mountains, all over the place. At least I admire that of them. Whatever, they will never get my vote, not even if she somehow gets to steal the nomination (yes, I said that, sorry).
And please excuse my poor English, (hey, at least it's better than Hillary's Spanish).
