Enron anyone?
From the Northwest Arkansas Morning News:
Eduardo Castro-Wright, executive vice president of Wal-Mart Stores Inc., sold 71,450 shares of common stock, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The shares sold for $56 each, putting the transaction value at a little more than $4 million. Castro-Wright sold the shares May 21 and May 22, according to the SEC filing.
What does he know that we don't?
The good folks at Wake Up Wal-Mart remind us that "we all know how badly Wal-Mart treats its workers and its customers, maybe its shareholders should be worried as well."
I'm sure happy I don't have stock in Wal-Mart -- you dance with the devil, you're going to get burned.
