I'll try and keep this civil but, I am wondering just exactly what those of you who have made it your mission to denigrate and insult fellow Democrats (all of the above) might do with your energy now that there is a nominee. I know you may feel wronged, you may think that things were said that were "beyond the pale" but now that there is a nominee how exactly will you transition?
Jump wit' me
I understand, honestly I do, sometimes the hate builds up and it's hard to "let it go". I'm not as eloquent as TomP or as kind as Amy as most know so bear with me if you will, one thing is definite I am consistent.
I have said for the last four months that Senator Obama would be the nominee and it does no good to continually attack Senator Clinton, her supporters or the places they inhabit. I know all the grievances and have heard all the reasons of those who feel differently to you I say, "so what".
Now if you would like to vent I am sure you can find those that would be more than happy to rec'd your comments, here or other places. Hell check here, talk about consistent. My question; What exactly does it accomplish? What's the next move primary a solid Democrat and take our chances they may win? Whether we are willing to admit it or not Sen. Hillary Clinton is part of this diverse party that we all hate, she is a solid Democratic vote. We talk about gaining ground whenit comes to numbers but just how serious are we?
At the beginning of this process there were 4 senators, a representative and a couple of outsiders running for the nomination. Has your ego sustained so much damage as to not allow one of the senators to exit on thier own terms? It's over, you know it, she knows it, the country knows it, quit beating the horse. Is it so improtant to destroy the Clinton name that we sacrifice the ability to win this November in a landslide?
A peace offering ;)
