What's up with all these "why Hillary lost" diaries? Hillary didn't lose, Barack won.
Here we are trying to unite the party and yet so many feel the need to pick apart the losing side instead of appreciating all that Obama accomplished. John Edwards wasn't about to beat Hillary; she didn't lose to him. Biden didn't swoop down and beat Hillary, nor did Dodd, Richardson or anyone else.
Clinton ran a wonderful campaign that came within arm's reach of the nomination. But because of Hillary's war vote there was an opening, one that apparently only Obama figured out how to walk through.
I see no need for all the Hillary haters to stroll down through memory lane of all the things they hated most of her campaign. That path leads nowhere useful. Instead, let's celebrate what Barack Obama did right!
Sheesh people. Remember, the goal is Democratic unity and victory in November.
