A new McCain ad has just hit the airwaves across the rust belt. I'll post video when I can find it, but for now you'll have to settle for the script.
I'm not usually an alarmist, but this is powerful stuff. Obama needs to respond to this fast, or risk getting caught up in another unfavorable media narrative.

New McCain Ad: "Experience"
[Narrator] Sky-rocketing gas prices. Wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. A troubled economy.
[Images accompany these words: Pumping gas; wounded soldiers; closed steel plant.]
[Narrator] Barack Obama is a world-famous celebrity, but does he have the experience necessary to tackle those threats?
[Flashing images of Obama, Paris Hilton, Britney Spears, Tom Cruise, Jack Nicholson, the Olson Twins, Michael Jackson, and Carrot-top.]
[Narrator] In times like these, we need a president that has been tested.
[Slowly fade in to John McCain smiling at the camera.]
[McCain] My friends, I'm John McCain, and I have the experience necessary to not be Barack Obama.
[Narrator] In 2007, while Barack Obama was busy working to secure weapons, expand health insurance for children and veterans, and reform government ethics, John McCain proved that he was not Barack Obama by reversing his opposition to President Bush's tax cuts for the wealthy, wheeling and dealing with lobbyists, and working to privatize social security.
[Images of Obama with known Dirty Fucking Hippy celebrities, such as Susan Sarandon, Sean Penn, and Bono.]
[Narrator] And in 2008, while John McCain's campaign floundered due to disorganization and lack of interest, Obama continued his long tradition of Obama-esqueness by breaking down racial barriers, channeling unparalleled enthusiasm into record-breaking fundraisers, and running a well-organized and effective campaign.
[Cut back to McCain]
[McCain] My friends, that's not change we can believe in. That's the same old tired Obama policies of competence and success.
[Images of Obama speaking in Germany, German crowds waving American flags.]
[Narrator] Just last month, while Obama deserted Americans for several days to talk to throngs of frightening foreigners, John McCain proved definitively that he is not Barack Obama by taking a nap in the rocking chair on his front porch in Arizona.
[Return to McCain, smile still steadfastly affixed to his face.]
[McCain] My friends, I have more experience in not being Barack Obama than any other candidate in this race. But my opponent would be the first American president in history without so much as a day's experience in that important field. That's not change we can believe in.
[Narrator] This November, only one candidate has been developing the skills necessary to not-be Barack Obama since before you, or your parents, were born. Vote for experience. Vote for John Mc-Not-Barack-Obama
[McCain] I'm John Mc-Really-Not-Obama, and I approve this message.
