Guys, I am sick and tired and mad. First, watch this video :
First, thank you Chris Matthews for trying to fight against these crazy women.
Second, Chris Matthews, did you really need to interview these crazy women?
Oh and, I really don't believe this PUMA thing comes from real Clinton supporters. This is so obviously signed Rove. Register as an independent? My ass!
So now, get ready, cause I'm gonna vent!
Guys, as a French person, sorry, as a person, as a human being, I can't stand it any more!
This all Obama is a Muslim thing is really starting to get on my nerves big time.
First, of course because he is not a Muslim. But mostly because the Republicans, by trying to make people think Obama is a Muslim are just meaning that being a Muslim is being a terrorist, a danger.
When will this stop?
Islamic extremist is to Islam as KKK is to Christianity. Get it? (I'm not talking to you Kosaks, I'm talking to these crazy.... )
What is wrong with being a Muslim? Is there anything more wrong with being a Muslim than with being a Jew, or a Christian? No.
As a young boy I lived in a rather poor town. I went to school with a lot of children whose parents had come from a lot of different countries including Maghreb countries. (For more information, read about former French colonies). My best friend was named Jamal, his mother didn't speak French, his parents were Algerian, he was French.
Here are some stats I would like to share with you:
Number of Muslims in the USA in 1998: 9,992,860 (3,75%)
Number of Muslims in France in 1998: 4,082,222 (7%)
Number of Muslims in the entire World in 1998: 1,678,442,000 (26%)
So let me say this: If 26% of the global population, including 7% of my country's population and 3,75% of yours were terrorists, if actually only one per cent were, we would all be dead by now. ALL OF US.
So I understand Obama when he says that the fact is that he is not a Muslim and that he feels uncomfortable having to justify himself all the time about that because (I'm paraphrasing) there is really nothing wrong with being a Muslim.
It's hard for Muslim in France. They suffer a lot from racism, they earn less money, it's harder for them to get a good education etc. So I just don't want to think of what it might be being a Muslim in the states especially after 9/11.
Some say America is ready to elect a black president and I hope it's true. But I hope I'll live long enough to see the day when my or your country will elect a black Muslim woman.
God (in which I don't believe btw) bless you all, God bless America, and all the Muslim who just want to live in peace anywhere in the world.
