Just days ago, I was worried about the sexist meme that was being put out by the McCain Campaign. It was being repeated and piled onto. I was worried this would take hold and sit in the back of women's minds up until election day. Well McCain was hit back on this and they have, for the most part, stopped.
But I always say, "what's good for the goose, is good for the gander." The Obama campaign has started and broke through with the "Liar" meme. Questions regarding McCain's and Palin's honesty are all over the media, TV and print. Hopefully we can keep this going until it piles and stays in the back of voters minds up until election day. It is a good day to be an Obama supporter.
Obama said today that McCain "would rather lose his integrity, than lose an election." This is a great line and twist on one of McCain's biggest and most controversial attacks on Obama this election cycle.
Then there is a terrific video of a democratic strategist (I've never seen before) but also repeats this meme:

Then of course, there are numerous articles out now by Krugman and Eugene Robinson (my personal hero) plainly calling McCain and surrogates "Liars".
Then to my surprise and delight, McCain got a grilling on the View today wherein Joy asked him directly about the lies saying "we all know they're lies".
My friends, as John McCain would say, let's keep it up. Let's keep the lie meme out there.
We need people to equate McCain with lying. Here's the equation McCain/Palin=Liars.
This is powerful stuff and the kind of stuff that wins elections. Again, I am a proud Obama supporter today and can see an effective counter to the crap that has been going on lately.
Remember: LIAR, LIAR, LIAR!!!!
Update: This is really starting to take hold. I see more diaries and more articles. Please contact all friendly 527's like moveon.org and request ads. Link to moveon.org: http://pol.moveon.org/...
