Don't be modest! Kos readers and bloggers are having a huge impact on the national debate, and polls show that over 99% of Kos subscribers have $1 in change in their couch cushions...
Until now, my inability to make any financial contributions to a political party left me standing as an onlooker until voting day. What could they accomplish with my paltry $1 anyway?
There have many been times when the most I've had in my bank account was $100. Sometimes I would have to make it through the week on $20. I even confessed to close friends las night that I kept the paper work from a time when I needed to use pay-day-loans.
Then came Obama and his mandate of inclusion with a grass-roots, public service message: A million people matter more than a MILLION dollars!!
It took a presidential candidate that worked on wall street to empower all Americans from every party by proving that each dollar isn't a vote, each CONTRIBUTOR is! And each CONTRIBUTOR mattered, not the dollar amount.
The press is taking notice too, and who can blame them?? They can't relate to the $10,000 a plate contributions any more than the vast majority of Americans can.
More of your fellow citizens have donated to the Obama campaign than any in history.
I'm asking you to please be a part of history making in ANY amount, BECAUSE EVEN A SINGLE DOLLAR is a priceless statement that you endorse a vision.
Remember, even $1 helps! https://donate.barackobama.com
