Those that would bash those of the Jewish faith here are singled out for their anti-Semitism.
Those that would bash those of the Islamic faith here are singled out for their bigotry.
The hostility towards atheists in the outside world is repeatedly attacked on here, with atheists welcomed with open arms.
Those that would attack Republicans though?
They get their diaries recommended.
Here's the latest example:

As commenter Ugly Troll points out in the thread, the diary is grossly misleading and is once again yet another outlet to bestow scorn and condemnation upon Republicans.
Do I agree with everything the Dick Cheney says? Not at all. Most Republicans disagree in some form or another, yet commenter after commenter on that thread would like to ridicule Republicans as mindless drones blindly following their Limbaugh master.
Are there things the party has done wrong? Very much so. Some horrifically so. Attack the people involved, not the entire party.
Do you attack every Muslim when one commits a suicide bombing? Do you attack every Jew for the excesses of an Israeli soldier?
So why is it that we are okay targets?
Not only is it absurd, but it also ignores the significant amount of good Republicans have done in the world too.
Ask those that have been helped by Republicans throughout the world, and they will tell you how grateful they are.
Ask those in Poland if the Republicans helped them through their fight against the Soviets, and they will look at you as if you are crazy to even ask.
But of course because a few old white guys in the Supreme Court chose an ignorant bigot to be the American President, it's okay to condemn us as a whole and spit on all the good that has been done too.
Word substitution is fun. But seriously, what if this diary was real? Would you accept that these people continue to give the Republican party money? Accept that leaving the Republican party is just too hard--that their parents would never forgive them? Why should it be any different for a church?
