I would like some input regarding organizations that are actually on the ground inside Gaza providing aid.

I would like some input regarding organizations that are actually on the ground inside Gaza providing aid. I know many organizations want to be, and are waiting for an opportunity to go in and start helping people. My guess is that the organizations that are on the ground right now are probably smaller and more local and not organizations that usually come to mind when people want to help with cash donations.

Any ideas?
