Once again CNN lives up to my expectations. Rush Limbaugh's remark "I hope he fails" is being analyzed as though there were substance to Limbaugh or his statement.
The talking heads are babbling incessantly about what Rush Limbaugh meant about his statement.
What ever happened to "consider and evaluate the source" of your information. What more would one expect from Rush Limbaugh. However, I would expect more from "journalists" but since we merely have "commentators" who inject their opinion into everything they are "reporting" I no longer consider CNN a valid source of accurate "news."
The commentators are making an "in-depth" analysis of what Limbaugh could have meant (Spare me the speculation from individuals trying to justify his remarks on any subject.)
One explanation is that he is just concerned about the interference of government into private enterprise and how that could result in failure of our "system". Seems to me that our system is failing on its own...all without government intervention or regulations that once imposed limits on events that have led to this massive breakdown in our economy.
Wake up defenders of Limbaugh...during the last several decades (starting with Regan) all the knots of regulation have been untied thanks to lobbiests...and now we are in a huge financial mess.
Spare me the babbling commentators of CNN. I find it entertaining...much like a horror movie!! Wonder how it is going to end!!
