This is a very tragic news. The LAPD was dispatched to the 1000 block of McFarland Avenue at 8:22 a.m. and found five children, their mother and father all dead due to gun shot wounds. It is not just this family. Its not just one incident, its entire communities across this country that are seeing this kind of tragedy due to our economy. At this state of economic crises, everyone losing their jobs, there should be more counseling and help for families that have no place to turn. This may trun out to be more than just money problems, but it seems that way right now.
This is tragic. Another family dead due to fincial problems. This is just breaking now. I have heard that the couple were working at the KIASER PERMANENTE and were both notified of their termanation, and also that there was some trouble with a supervisor. Tha man wrote about this saying that he complained in a letter to his union to no avail. Indivuals with mental health get worse in a bad economy, but I think people can also have break downs due to A FINICIAL CRISIS.

Five children under age 10 and their mother were fatally shot inside a Wilmington home this morning, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
Police said the assailant appeared to be the children's father and that he apparently committed suicide after faxing a letter to KABC Channel 7. Channel 7 then contacted authorities, police said.
The LAPD was dispatched to the 1000 block of McFarland Avenue at 8:22 a.m. Officer Sam Park said the man apparently committed suicide.
"He called 911 and said his family was dead inside," Park said. "We responded. We have multiple victims inside of the house, and at this point we don't know how many."
Work problems with a supervisor may have contributed
According to Channel 7, the faxed letter detailed workplace problems both the man and his wife were having at a Kaiser Permanente hospital in West Los Angeles. The letter said that an unnamed administrator told him one day that he shouldn't have come to work and said "you should have blown your brains out." The man said in the letter that he complained to his union to no avail. Then both he and wife were fired, Channel 7 reporter Gene Gleeson said in summarizing the letter.

Details of Suicide Note Revealed
Either before or after the slayings, the man faxed a two-page typewritten letter to KABC-TV and the police department's communications division, Garner said. The Burbank-based television station called police, Garner said.
"Obviously he wanted somebody to find the bodies," Garner said. "In the note, he clearly said he was going to kill himself, his wife and his kids."
KABC reported that the man claimed in the fax that a medical center administrator rebuffed them when they showed up to work, told them to file a union grievance and said, "You should have blown your brains out."
The man wrote that they filed a grievance but nothing was done and two days later they were fired, KABC reported.
"They did nothing to the manager who started such and did not attempt to assist us in the matter, knowing we have no job and five children under 8 years old with no place to go. So here we are," the note said.
