Dow closed yesterday above 10, 000 points and jobs have been created and saved all over the country. President Obama has to be given credit for everything what is happening now. President Obama passed the stimulus bill last February to boost the economy while all his opponents, some journalists and the reporters complained and criticized him. Finally it is paying off now.
President Obama will be visiting New Orleans today.
Now people have to be patient in order for other good things to take place such as creation of more jobs , low deficit and low inflation. Everything can not be solved in 8 months which was created by the Bush administration for the last 8 years.
By the way NFL dropped FAT Comedian Rush Limbaugh and he is very very disappointed. Governor Rick Perry executed an innocent man in Texas. It seems like the republicans in Texas are hungry and very passionate about executing innocent people. May be this is how they find their truth, joy and happiness. This is not the way normal human being behave.
When the Dow Jones industrial average first passed 10,000, traders tossed commemorative caps and uncorked champagne. This time around, the feeling was more like relief.

Alabama: Report shows 4,450 jobs created by stimulus

MONTGOMERY — A report by state officials shows that more than 4,450 jobs have been created in Alabama by the infusion of federal stimulus money.
The report to the federal government by state agencies on Wednesday shows Alabama has so far received more than $1 billion of a total of $2.4 billion awarded in stimulus funds. The report shows the money has created or retained jobs while being used to build highways, hire teachers, weatherize homes and for a wide variety of projects.

Stimulus creates nearly 500 Idaho jobs, so far
BOISE, Idaho (AP) -- Nearly 500 jobs were created with the sliver of the 2009 federal stimulus act money that Idaho state agencies spent in July, August and September.
The 492 jobs created so far have been the result of roughly $12.8 million agencies reported spending.
In total, however, Idaho is due more than $1 billion share.

MILWAUKEE - Employment numbers for federal stimulus spending by state government show that retaining government positions was job number one.
The Journal Sentinel says three-fourths of the more than 8,200 stimulus-related jobs were public-sector posts protected by the federal infusion into state and local government coffers.
