A little effort goes a long way.
So, what should you do? You can remind every Democrat you know to vote. You can print out absentee applications to give to people who were too busy, or too distracted, or too lazy to do it themselves. Then follow through and fax it in for them.
Remind all your Democratic friends, family members, neighbors, and coworkers that this election matters. Yes, I know Deeds has run a less than stellar campaign, but we owe it to each other to do everything we can to keep the state out of Republican hands. They'll control everything. Redistricting will be in their hands, along with budgets, the courts...
McDonnell has been masquerading as a moderate, but we know he's a radical right winger. And Cuccinelli can't hide his extreme right wing social agenda.
Today, I took this election into my own hands, and did what I'm recommending. It worked--I got several people to file absentee ballot applications. They were all willing voters who just hadn't found the time to do the paperwork. So I took them by the hand. You can download absentee ballot applications, find your polling place and early voting place and hours, and a wealth of other election info at this website:

So take a few minutes and bring in a few votes for Democrats.
