I'm surprised no one has mentioned how well Michael Moore was doing debating Hannity yesterday. Moore clearly had Hannity on the defensive and was coming across as a better debater.
Michael Moore last night clearly had the debating edge on Sean Hannity on last night's program. He outpointed him discussing religion, economy, foreign policy and also came across as a class act.
Moore came in with excellent body shots. He got Hannity to admit that he didn't remember what he heard in Church in Saturday night. Hello? Remember his constant crap about Obama not knowing what was going on in his church. My my, Sean, you should have known to pay attention.
Moore also outpointed Hannity when discussing the cause of the housing collapse. Hannity was going with a tired argument regarding the Community Reinvestment Act and that all fault should be on the buyers. Moore countered hard saying there were plenty of republican presidents and senate majorities that really could have done something. Moore easily showed both sides at fault and not the constant name pointing that Hannity does at Raines or Dodd or Frank. Quite simply, if the Repubicans had balls, they could have done more regulation but oh yeah, they're usually against more regulation, arent' they? Another round to Moore.
Finally, Moore had Hannithy swinging and missing as he keeps trying to connect Iraq to 9/11. Moore had a question that completely tongue-tied Hannity about fighting terrorists vs. a country. How many opponents do we really have, Sean?
In conclusion, Moore did a great job pushing back against Sean and came across as last night's winner.....
