Obama wins in 2009, so let's look forward and guess who might be the next to win the honor. The contenders.
- Blackwater- Not only are these guys killing bad guys, thus establishing peace, but they're also doing it on their own! Nobody around to watch these guys, so forget about treaties and rules, Blackwater makes the rules. That's what I'm talking about folks, if you want peace, you need to MAKE the freaking peace.
- NSA- These guys are watching, but it is all about your safety and keeping the peace. You wouldn't want an America full of terrorists would you? Even if they're listing to my dirty talk on the phone, I'm ok with it because without those steamy recordings, we'd probably be looking at another 9/11 any day now. Two mics up to you NSA!
- GITMO- Nothing says peace like locking folks up in horrible conditions and throwing away the key. Not to worry though, we're talking about foreigners here, so Genevea Convention be damned. We're heard whispers about its closing, but not to worry, there's no real sign of that happnening any time soon. Seeing as how GITMO is keeping the anti peace foreigners locked away forever in tiny cells, we're confident that GITMO is a strong contender for the Peace Prize.
- The International Security Assistance Force- Keeping the peace for NATO in Afghanistan. Thousands dead in this landlocked, extremely poor country. Never fear, however, this mission here is very clear. Peace, peace, and more peace. Hey Taliban, when NATO comes knocking, the peace come a walkin. It is a good thing President Obama has continued to up the troop level there because peace was almost starting to slip away. Much better now and hopefully even better when and if the decision is ever made to jump in even more! NATO and USA, your troops are sterling examples of how to make peace. Kudos to you!
