Months of planning apparently paid off in Minneapolis as the city's first election using "Ranked Choice Voting"seemed to go very smoothly Tuesday. The UpTake's Craig Stellmacher asked voters if they had any trouble with the new system.
In neighboring St. Paul, voters are deciding today whether to use Ranked Choice Voting in future elections.
