We used to Countrywide Mortgage customers and of course CW was bought by BOA -and it has been downhill since.
We used to get on-line statements from CW. In October we got a letter from BOA stating that we would be able to access our account info on-line via BOA's website starting in November. Well November came and went and we didn't have access.
We then decided to refinance our home and of course we need a mortgage statement. We couldn't get one from BOA faxed or e-mailed or overnighted to us. They were having trouble with on-line access and we would just have to get it in the mail. They said it would take a week. I spoke to supervisor upon supervisor and no one could/would help
Well it has been a week, our refinance is being held up by this. We had the home appriased, all other documents turned over and this is the only thing we are waiting on. I just called back and they said it was just mailed so it takes a week from that. Seriously -I most recent mortgage statement is from SEPTEMBER.
Who can I call? Who can I file a complaint with? This can't be legal.
(I know this isn't much of a diary, and I've been quiet for a few weeks -but folks on here always know how to take action on this type of stuff)
