I am just putting this out there as what I think would be a good pick. Since apparently Judd Greg couldn't handle bipartisanship there needs to be a new nomination for Commerce Secretary. All I gotta say to Senator Gregg is don't let the door hit you on the way out.
Warren Buffet might not be exactly who comes into mind when you think of a cabinet secretary but hear me out on this one. Warren Buffet is one of the most respected businessman in the world. His company Berkshire Hathaway is considered a titan on wall street and every year Buffet fills a convention center with stockholders seeking his advice. Buffet has been a lifelong philanthropist who makes a meager 100,000 dollars a year as CEO of Berkshire Hathaway and still lives in the same home he bought in 1958 for $38,000. He is by far the antithesis of today's culture of wall street with excessive bonuses and outrageous purchases.
The United States Secretary of Commerce is the head of the United States Department of Commerce concerned with business and industry; the Department states its mission to be "to foster, promote, and develop the foreign and domestic commerce."
With over 50 years of business experience he is well qualified for the position. I think he would be a great pick for the commerce department.
