I was in Pueblo all weekend for Center for Progressive Leadership training. We worked on story telling and developing one's message. Most of us did this in small groups, but a few brave souls did this in front of the whole class. Those were the ones running for office, as they're looking for the most feedback.
I think we all learned a great deal, but my brain is tired. The funny thing from the end of the weekend was talk about some of the upcoming projects we're going to be working on. One of them is on media where each fellow works to get an issue they're working on covered in the media. The trainer said that includes blogs, so I tried to hide as everyone looked to me. That got a laugh as everyone realized I'm about to become friends with many of the folks in the program.
and now for some news...
