Greetings, puzzle solvers:
Here is my second installment in a (hopefully) ongoing series of crossword puzzles for the Daily Kos community. The first puzzle seemed to be a success, as I got lots of appreciative comments and the unexpected honor of a Diary Rescue. Speaking of which, a belated but big hat tip to the Saturday Rescue Rangers, as I did not find out until Sunday afternoon.
So I hope you enjoy DKos Puzzle #2. It's a bit trickier than the last one. Once again, since I don't have the capability of uploading an online Java puzzle, for now you'll have to settle for printing the puzzle out and solving on paper. Printing guidelines, and the solution to the previous puzzle, are after the jump.

CROSSWORD PUZZLE GROUND RULES:
You may use this diary as a forum for discussing the answers, asking for hints, and critiquing the puzzle. However, please adhere to the following rules:
- If you would like to ask for answers to certain entries, please write the entry in the subject line, followed by a question mark (i.e. "1-Across?" or "1-Down?")
- If you would like to give a hint, please put the word "HINT", followed by the entry name, in the subject line (i.e. "HINT 1-Across" or "HINT 1-Down"). Place your hint in the comment area.
- If you would like to give an answer, please put the word "SPOILER", followed by the entry name, in the subject line (i.e. "SPOILER 1-Across" or "SPOILER 1-Down"). Place your answer in the comment area. DO NOT GIVE OUT ANSWERS IN THE SUBJECT LINE.
PRINTING GUIDELINES UPDATE: For some odd reason, the links to the Photobucket images (both today's puzzle and the solution to the previous one) have been mysteriously and repeatedly broken, even after I've fixed them three times. I don't know what's causing it. I think I've finally solved that problem. But, in case I haven't, here are a couple of workarounds:
Click the link here to get the full-size image of today's puzzle (you'll have to resize it by mousing over the bottom-right corner).

OR
Right-click on the puzzle image, copy and paste it into Microsoft Word, resize it to make sure it fits onto a single page, and print from there.
Sorry about the confusion!
