I'll just quote the entire post so you don't actually have to click:
If I recall correctly, in book 1 of the Republic, Socrates jokingly observes that dogs are philosophers, because they determine who their friends are based on knowledge. If American Jews were as canny as dogs -- at least if they knew who their friends are -- somewhat less than 70 percent of them would still be voting Democratic. I should think that would be the case so long as Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, Cynthia McKinney, John Conyers, Jimmy Carter and their ilk remain honored members of the Democratic Party, and Michael Moore its intellectual lodestar. Richard Baehr picks up the thread with the mock-impeachment hearing over which John Conyers presided last week: "The Democrats sign up with the anti-Semites."
Unbelievable. By saying Jews are worse than dogs, Powerline is clearly taking us back to anti-Semetic nazi propaganda. They should apologize, immediately.
... actually, I'm severely distorting what they said. But they don't care about truth, so why should we? After Durbin, we owe them one.
Spread the meme far and wide. Once it becomes an accepted fact that powerline said "Jews are worse than dogs"-- the same way, "Kos secretly worked for Howard Dean-- we've won a victory. Let's put them on the defensive for a change, eh?
