This will be relatively brief, as the news is just now breaking, but Ruth Bader Ginsburg has put a stay on the Chrysler bankruptcy sale pending further order.

Many of us have speculated that the administration got ahead of itself with this arrangement, as it essentially circumvented bankruptcy law and put unsecured debt ahead of secured debt. While this may not be the reason for the stay (which could easily be lifted), it is quite likely that the appealing entities (Indiana State Pensions and others) have a reasonable case based on law and precedent. Hopefully this matter can get resolved quickly and equitably so that we can put some of those autoworkers back to work (Jeep Toledo just announced it will reopen today and I don't want this to prevent that).
