this one, if you don't get it, all I can say is go hang out at a retirement center for a while. Now, count the number of smokers living there....Now,count the number of obese octogenarians....see what I mean?

The answer to this one is...None of them! In my opinion, the clinical
studies which had the most success in achieving longevity in mice were those that fed the mice a STARVATION DIET!!! Vitamins and nutrients have their place, but you need not go broke buying them.
- Be honest with yourself about bad habits and have a good attitude.
and the good attitude is the more important factor, here.
- Watch “The Future of Food” by Deborah Koons and be afraid...
Now, you should have already watched "Sicko" by Micheal Moore by now, but
here's more homework, in order for you to understand just how screwed we may already be!

This one's not only true, but can even be self-taught....beware the pitfalls of practicing self-taught medicine, though...
- Know the principle of “Least Action” and practice it in your daily life.
This is why I refuse to believe that doctor's are sincere. Not to put all
the blame on them, after all, their professor's probably never emphasized
this principle of physics....(mine never even mentioned it!) But this one
principle is so basic to the study of biology...it's the one thing in this
universe that makes evolution possible...and it's completely ignored by
