Michael Moore, according to the top Insurance Industry Insider, you may be the only Man in America the Insurance Industry fears.
WENDELL POTTER: I thought that he hit the nail on the head with his movie. But the industry, from the moment that the industry learned that Michael Moore was taking on the health care industry, it was really concerned.
BILL MOYERS: What were they afraid of?
WENDELL POTTER: They were afraid that people would believe Michael Moore.
Bill Moyers Show 7 10 2009
Plea to Michael Moore: Please start now making a documentary on the Democrats that might/could/will sell us out on health care. Let them know their actions will go down in history for what they did.
Plea to Michael Moore: Please Take on the Republicans also for selling out the American people. Please start filming. Get people to send you their videos. Announce you are doing this (although we all wish you didn’t have to – not exactly sure how to say that well).
more after the fold........
Plea to Michael Moore: Please Get video from people in the sell-outs districts/states about how they have been screwed my insurance companies or had a friend/relative/know someone who died from not having medical care.
Plea to Michael Moore: Please Interview people who have lost their homes, filed for bankruptcy, all because of medical bills they acquired after losing their jobs (savings and health care). In the districts/states of the sell-outs.
Plea to Michael Moore: For an Immediate Direct Political Impact: Mail a copy of SICKO (with a cover letter from Major main stream groups) to Democrats in States/Districts of potential sell-outs.
My two favorite Bill Moyer quotes on Health Care in America, from last Sunday:
It's not about compromise. It's not about what the public wants. It's about money, the golden ticket to "the select few who actually get it done." And nothing will change. Nothing. Until the money-lenders are tossed out of the temple, and we tear down the sign they've placed on government — the one that reads: "For sale."

According to one poll after another, a majority of Americans not only want a public option in health care, they also think that growing inequality is bad for the country, that corporations have too much power over policy, that money in politics is the root of all evil, and that working families and poor communities need and deserve public support when the market fails to generate shared prosperity. But when the insiders in Washington finish tearing worthy intentions apart and devouring flesh from bone, none of these reforms happen. Oh, they say, "it's all about compromise, all in the nature of the give-and-take of representative democracy." That, people, is bull — the basic nutrient of Washington's high and mighty.
