I am searching for the silver lining in the array of clouds over the health care legislation process. This latest blurb from Politico seems to show the continued strength of house leadership.
We won't know until monday according to Congress daily. But it makes sense. Pelosi is ready to move this and many others in the House are behind her.
She believes she has the votes to get something passed. And this could get something done before the August deadline, giving House reps something to talk to constituents about over the August break and changing the meme from "total congressional fail" to basic "Senate fail".

Here today Rahm Emmanuel puts some weight behind the possibility of a vote next week:
"I can tell you what I know, which is that the speaker today announced to the caucus that their intention is to go next week, and she is working toward that goal," Emanuel said.
