The living Universe is beautiful every single day ...

The things which I love are well represented: flowers, pollinators of all sorts, birds, flocks of birds, parrots and a bald eagle.
The living world isn't simply the most important thing, it is the only thing. Humans have got to realize that we belong to the living world not to the economic or technological world. The economy and technology are dead and shall always remain so. The living world is alive and shall always remain so ... whether humans survive or not.
I spent some time today reading Arizona Highways magazine. Month after month, year after year, Arizona Highways magazine reminds the citizens of Arizona and everyone else fortunate enough to see the magazine that Arizona is a spectacular, beautiful state.
I agree. I have visited Arizona many times and enjoyed it every time. I would happily visit Arizona plenty more times ... there's a lot of the state I haven't seen. Especially noteworthy are Arizona's hummingbirds. Arizona is especially blessed with numerous species of hummingbirds and they are all beautiful.
Everyone should love the place that they inhabit. Everyone should love Nature and the animals, plants and bugs which share their environment.
Humans must live at peace with Nature because war with Nature can have only one outcome for humankind: Extinction. Nature doesn't negotiate and she isn't at all merciful. Peace with Nature is the one and only path to survival for our species.

Nations rise and fall, civilizations begin and end, humans are born and die ... but Nature has endured for four billion years. This is no small accomplishment. Keep that in mind next time you are outside.
