Yes, we do.
We have our very own Larouchie here on DKos.
I'm normally not a call out diarist. And before you try to recite to me the FAQ's on Callout diaries, let me cite them for you:
"Calling out" other users. This consists of referring to another user, by name, in the title of a diary with a negative connotation. So, diary titles of the form "UserX is a moron" are not allowed. More neutral titles like "A response to UserX" isn't technically "calling out", but many people will interpret it as such. The best strategy is simply not to mention other users in diary titles at all.
I have not used the diarists name in the title. As a matter of fact, I have yet to use the diarists name at all. I've only linked to the diarists page.
Now, on to the meat of my diary, on the other side.
What is a "Larouchie"?
A "Larouchie" is one of those folks you see holding one of these signs at the health care rallies. They are cult followers of Lyndon Larouche like this girl.
Here is a compilation of some of the comments that have been posted here at DKos by this diarist:

Hearing all the preceding, Sarah Palin naturally came out screaming that Obama "wanted to kill her Down syndrome baby". She is not crazy, but Obama sure is for having a Nazi talker in his government. Or then what he means by taking care of people, is what the mafia means by it.
This ultimate mental blindness is not what this world needs. It is what Obama needs to go kill people in Afghanistan and Pakistan, and what Osama needs, for the same reason, killing strangers, and that is why they have it. It’s the same mental condition; blind and enraged enough to kill. But ultimate blindness is not what the planet and humanity need. It is what the planet and humanity need to avoid.
Now what happens if we feel that "Zeke" Emanuel is "demented"? Shall we not guarantee health services for him? The Nazis located the Auschwitz camp in the worst, most swampy and insalubrious place in Poland, in the soon fulfilled hope, that if badly fed and taken care of, inmates would die as flies. That was a way to kill Poles in huge numbers without obviously violating international law.
The Nazis had no qualms killing people they did not have use for, because they saw them as not truly human. Here is Emanuel again: "Unlike allocation by sex or race, allocation by age is not invidious discrimination; every person lives through different life stages rather than being a single age. Even if 25-year-olds receive priority over 65-year-olds, everyone who is 65 years now was previously 25 years" (Lancet, Jan. 31).
Talk about a poor, deeply demented idiot who cannot even see that if he kills young people, who are not "fully participating citizens" (do children fully participate?) and people he does not like, like Sarah’s baby, these people, precisely will not "live through different life stages".
But there are other demented idiots in the Obama administration ready for "attenuation" under the deadly hands of Dr. Ezekiel.
Obama has made sure that significant health care reform will fail.
Since this time he could not at all hide his pro-plutocratic maneuvers behind Paulson, Bush, and colossal fake naivety, he devised a very clever trick.
Progressives may want to be fully aware of that dirty trick before it snaps on, and crushes any chance of forcing a significant health care reform through Congress.
What Obama did was to sabotage his own administration, very discreetly.
By European standards, the Obama administration is completely corrupt. And everybody in Europe will see, when they pay attention.
The Obama administration gave, lent or guaranteed, without any compensation or any debate, US $24,000 billion of taxpayer money to the richest people in the world, so that they could keep on exerting their power, and keep their riches.
Obama boosted enormously the ridiculous and immoral, bound-to-fail war in Afghanistan, without any caution.
Then Obama turns around and says the few billion dollars he needs for health care will have to be paid for by cuts; to cure Americans, he has no money.
For the banksters, he has money to no end, and calls them the "financial system" (when he is not calling them his "friends", in a rare lapse of sincerity).
Why did Obama nominate such a monster as a health adviser? It is not an oversight, it is a crafty scheme.
This is Obama navigating, progressing, taking care of Obama.
In other words, Obama himself has made sure that his own alleged will to reform health care will fail. And the health profiteers know it, so they are nice to him, and trust him. This is high level Machiavellianism.
Politicians such as Valerie Jarrett and Michelle Obama would be on trial for corruption in France: for getting huge amounts of money while sitting on a hospital board, and not having medical licenses. That amounts to influence trafficking.
Michelle Obama was instrumental in these huge medical decisions, such as busing far away poor patients.
But what else to expect? The day after his election, Obama went to work inside a hedge fund.
From reading his memoirs, discourses, side remarks, and who he associates with and how, the psychological and cognitive portrait of president Obama can now be made.
He believes in the advancement of himself, and what he calls "navigating", apparently his ultimate value. His body of wisdom and knowledge is just enough to allow him to say what sounds good, but he does not really believe in progress for others.
As far as Obama is concerned, since he knows little and believes in even less, mouthing religiously what the powers that be tell him to say is enough. For health care, he was told to put "lipstick on the pig", so he does.
That's navigating for you. Obama wanted to be president, he is president, he wants to stay president. He will do what it takes for that, whatever it is. That's all it is, the first half of his entire plan. Obamacare: taking care of Obama.
Those who disagree with that cost saving health care plan are probably demented, and Dr. Ezekiel will see to it that they get no treatment (don't scream at me that I am a fascist because I describe, and decry, fascism: Dr. Ezekiel has written that dements ought not to get medical treatment; only one regime tried that before, Hitler's regime, and the outcry was such, the Nazis had to stop...).
I am dismayed by the evolution, or rather, revelation of Obama. But that is the way it is.
We have to anticipate his next move in Obamacare, if we do not want a furthering progress that does not just serve Obama and his hypocritical retinue.

Now, you may find a nugget or two in there that you agree with, but do you seriously want to align yourself with that kind of thinking in general? I know I don't.
You might want to go to LarouchePAC and take a look at the site. It will scare the shit out of you. It did me. It is so cult like. There are videos available on LPACTV to show you just how fucked up this organization really is. How badly they are not only poisoning the discourse in this health care debate, but in the political discourse in general. It's been said that Lyndon Larouche compares anyone who is President to Hitler. So the Obama = Hitler meme is nothing new, but it has latched on so easily this time because of the other issues. Birthers. Deathers. Obama hangs with terrorists. Gods, guns, gays. etc.
Another group, Public Eye has quite a compilation of information on Larouche and his cult. Very informative.
In one article on Larouche at Public Eye, Lyndon LaRouche: Man of Vision or Venom?, Chip Berlet, Senior Analyst, Political Research Associates outlines some of Larouche's ideology.
Racism
LaRouche and some of his followers spread racist ideas that range from the absurd-such as the claim that Black musicians did not invent Jazz-to the crude, as in the question posed by LaRouche in one essay: "Can we imagine anything much more viciously sadistic than the Black Ghetto mother?" It's not just Blacks LaRouche has a problem with. He has dismissed rural Chinese culture as "hideous muck" with its people "paralleling the behavioral stagnation of lower animal life." Elsewhere he dissed a group of Puerto Rican organizers as incompetent, which LaRouche asserted was tied to their being "almost totally sexually impotent."
While the cultural accomplishments of people of color have been routinely dismissed by LaRouche, he regularly celebrates Eurocentric icons. We all become civilized, according to the LaRouchites, by learning to sing along with Bach, Mozart, and Beethoven; reading the work of 17th century European scholars such as Leibniz; and, surprise, studying the words of LaRouche.
Homophobia
LaRouche charged that the federal government allowed AIDS to spread because it didn't want to "estrange the votes of a bunch of faggots and cocaine sniffers, the organized gay lobby, as it's called in the United States. (I don't know why they're `gay,' they're the most miserable creatures I ever saw!)" LaRouche later suggested that history would not judge harshly those who beat gay people to death with baseball bats to stop the spread of AIDS.
A LaRouche network newspaper insert distributed in Illinois declared that "as a category, gays and lesbians do not represent a valid voting constituency, and neither do prostitutes, drug pushers, child molesters, warlocks, witches, pornographers, or others who are morally equivalent."
Antisemitism & Fascism
While LaRouche's antisemitism is often veiled, he has written that Judaism is a kind of parasitic appendage to Christianity, that "a selfsustaining Judaism never existed and never could exist," and that Jewish culture "is merely the residue left to the Jewish home after everything saleable has been marketed" to non-Jews. In the mid-1970s, LaRouche began incorporating claims of a vast Jewish conspiracy into his writing and the LaRouchites began to forge ties with persons from right-wing racist and antisemitic groups.
Antisemitic conspiracy theories were a core element of Hitler's Nazi movement, and later, the Nazis encouraged homophobia-themes picked up by LaRouche and some of his followers. A top spokesperson of the Anti-Defamation League has said of LaRouche: "He is a small-time Hitler, if I can put it that way, in that he regurgitates many little things that Hitler did but he does it in a somewhat ambivalent way, in a somewhat camouflaged way."
Dennis King, author of Lyndon LaRouche and the New American Fascism, argues that often reporters avoid "the terms `fascist,' and `neo-Nazi' which alone could adequately express [LaRouche's] aims and methods." Former U.S. Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan, however, used the terms "fascist" and "neo-Nazi" to warn of the danger posed by the LaRouche group.
I for one plan to HR as many of these Larouchies that I see here on DKos. They're inflammatory trolls. As inflammatory as a huge hemorrhoid.
