The GOP sponsored healthcare "grassroots" protestors are patting themselves on the back right now for the wonderful job they are doing in disruption meetings. However, if we play this right the GOP will soon be wishing they'd never heard of these protestors.
The best way to defeat your enemy is to make him look ridiculous. Nothing defuses another's power then to have that person look foolish to the world. The Birthers are at that point now and the GOP is running away from them as fast as possible. Our call to arms right now is to use the extremists methods against themselves. In a perfect world it would seem the the best defense against the astroturf healthcare protestors would be to get the correct information out about what healthcare really means. Unfortunately in the real world this sort of information never makes the airwaves because it's boring and not "sexy" enough for ratings. We've become a nation of tabloid journalism in which stories about whacko birthers top stories about real world problems. Ok, fine..so let's use that to our advantage.
Remember Obama's wildly successful visit to Europe when he was still a candidate? Remember how McCain's campaign came out with an ad comparing Obama to a celebrity like Britney Spears and Paris Hilton in an effort to turn that successful trip into a liability? They were fairly successful in their efforts because the MSM pounced on this juicy item like vultures. It's much more fun to talk about Britney Spears and Paris Hilton than to talk about what Obama's successful trip might me to our relations with other nations. So the McCain campaign ad did what it was supposed to do, it stopped people talking about Obama's success and instead had people talking about whether or not Obama's success was just celebrity.
Ok, so let's do the same with the fake healtcare protest movement. Let's get out there with our cameras and film the most extreme and ridiculous of the protestors, post the videos on youtube, and sit back and watch the fun. If we can get videos of the most extreme whacko's in this "movement" we'll make the protest movement laughable, not believable. They will be exposed as they really are which is people who don't give a d*mm about healthcare but do give a d*mm about destroying any Obama Administration success (and some of them simply want their 15 minutes of fame). Hey, the Teabagger movement has even made it easy for us as they've helpfully listed upcoming TownHall meetings...thanks!
Here's the link to the town hall meetings across the country:

So let's get out there and make a laughing stock of these "protesters". From what I've seen of the townhall protests so far this shouldn't be too hard as they are giving us a ton of material to work with.
